Outlet Manager

Reports to : Zone Operations Manager
The Role
As an Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant outlet, ensuring smooth service, strong team performance and a positive dining experience for our guests. You will work closely with the Zone Operations Manager to maintain operational standards, achieve business targets and support the development of the outlet team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the restaurant outlet.
- Lead, supervise and motivate the outlet team.
- Ensure high standards of customer service, food quality and cleanliness.
- Monitor staff scheduling, attendance and manpower requirements.
- Support sales targets and overall outlet performance.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels and operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, food safety and hygiene standards.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Train and develop team members to improve performance and service standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in restaurant, F&B or retail operations.
- Experience in a supervisory or managerial role is preferred.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.

Marketing Officer

Reports to : Marketing Manager
The Role
As a Marketing Officer, you will support the planning and execution of marketing activities to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and business growth. You will work closely with the marketing and operations teams to coordinate campaigns, promotional activities, content and other marketing initiatives across the company’s brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Coordinate marketing materials, content and brand communications.
- Support social media content planning and campaign execution.
- Work with designers, vendors and internal teams on marketing requirements.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports.
- Assist with events, launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns.
- Ensure marketing materials follow the company’s brand guidelines.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research.
- Support outlet teams with promotional materials and marketing activities.
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.

Key Responsibilities
- Learn and support the daily operations of the restaurant outlet.
- Assist with customer service, food service and operational activities.
- Learn company procedures, service standards and operational processes.
- Support supervisors and managers in managing daily outlet activities.
- Assist with staff coordination, scheduling and manpower requirements.
- Learn inventory control, stock management and cost monitoring.
- Ensure food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained.
- Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally.
- Participate in training programmes and performance assessments.
- Take on increasing responsibilities as you progress through the programme.
